Participation is voluntary. If you provide personal information as part of a purchase or appointment request to include online scheduling (e.g., name, address, email address, phone number, or credit card information), we will take full reasonable precautions to ensure the security of your information, including the use of encryption to protect credit card information. We use the Paypal payment system to ensure the security of this sensitive information. 

Payments and or purchases are processed through Paypal, and the use of the Paypal payment system is subject to Paypal Terms of Use (TOS) and PayPal {Privacy Policies. DC Associates LLC does not collect, store or otherwise directly process Personally Identifiable Information (PII) connected to payments.

We will use your personal information  (PII) to process orders, contact you regarding technical updates, special offers, upcoming events, and send reminders of scheduled meetings and for no other purpose. 

Mediation clients have additional privacy and confidentiality provisions that can be reviewed under Mediation Policies incorporated in the Mediation Agreement.

We do not trade, sell or rent any list or personal information.

Cookies:

We may utilize cookies (information sent by our web server and stored on your computer's hard drive) to identify you and save you time when you return to manage your record or order new services. Cookies do not contain personal information about you.
